Cancellation Policy
MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING:
Please be advised to be a candidate for any permanent makeup procedure, you must be over the age of 18.
• NOT be pregnant or nursing.
• NOT be diabetic.
• NOT have any transmittable blood related conditions or diseases such as Hepatitis, HIV/AIDS.
• NOT have any skin allergies to pigmentation and make up.
• NOT have glaucoma and/or taking blood thinning medicines.
• NOT have skin diseases such as eczema, psoriasis on the area to be treated.
• NOT have active skin cancer in the treated area. • NOT have experienced post inflammatory hyper pigmentation.
• NOT have undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the treated area.
• NOT have mitral valve disorder or high blood pressure.
• NOT be someone who is a hemophiliac
• NOT healing disorders.
• NOT be taking skin medication such as Accutane or steroids which thin and make the skin become very sensitive.
• NOT be someone who is under or scheduled for radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatment.
• NOT be someone who is epileptic who has experienced faint spell or seizure.
**Please advise your artist if you have had ANY previous work done.
Old work cover-ups must be approved by your artist prior to booking.
To secure and protect your appointment time, a $50 deposit is required.
Deposit must be made through
VENMO, CASHAPP or ZELLE in order for your booking to be secured.

*The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY:
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. For any changes to your appointment, you must provide a minimum 24hrs notice from the time of your scheduled appointment to RESCHEDULE ONLY.
LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW CANCELLATIONS your $50 deposit will be forfeited.
ONLY IF YOU CANCEL 24 HOURS BEFORE your appointment, I will transfer your deposit to a different day If that day and time you are requesting is available.
If you are 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled, unless you have spoken to me and I've told you otherwise your deposit will not be refunded.
The procedure takes roughly about 3 - 4 hours, sometimes more sometimes less.
